I filed a complaint with the home office of the owners group and they still want to make more money on me all i wanted was a tow package maybe 1500 difference they called and said they cant pull it off becuse it is like 5000 or more difference on the exact same truck only diff is toe package. Humm i guess they don't even care when complaints are officially filed.

You still have my vehicle after since 12/10/24. I was informed today they are aware the engine blew at 47k miles after 6 days of operation. The service department was so lackadaisical, they had to sublet the diagnostic of the car to another dealership unbeknownst to me. Moreover they are trying to get out of the lemon law even though the vehicle is within the legal 15 days or 500 miles. This location is actively attempting to scam customers.
