Brent is the only salesman I've worked with that has actually cared about his customers. He states "My work doesn't start until after the deal" and he is right. Since I purchased my car in April he f actually cared about his customers. He states "My work doesn't start until after the deal" and he is right. Since I purchased my car in April he followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the car and the deal, as well as promised to always be available to help when needed. So far he has followed through with every promise and has helped me with after sale items such as extended warranty issues/questions, an owner's manual that belongs with the vehicle I purchased and wanted to make sure I was taken care during a recent visit to the service department. Most importantly, he returns my calls when I leave a message. Nothing says "I truly care" like doing the little things, such as simply returning a phone call. I hope his work ethic serves as an example and is recognized by the management. More

Every time I have been to Van Subaru they have been great. I bought a new Outback in March and have been in for service since and every department has been great.
