Mr. Earl has a long history of falsely accusing dealerships and independent repair facilities of fraud. Mr. Earl has no foundation for his accusations and is simply a disgruntled customer. Van Chevrolet has earned Chevrolet's dealer of the year award 2 years in a row earning excellent customer satisfaction scores. Van Chevrolet takes pride in resolving our customer's concerns to their complete satisfaction. If ever a billing or workmanship error is made Van Chevrolet always rectifies that error immediately and offers a sincere apology to our client. Van has been in business since November 1992 and we are proud to have Chuck Mullins as our General Manager/Operating Partner for the last 20 years. Chuck has earned an outstanding reputation in the community and takes pride in long term customer relationships. Mr. Earl has created this report simply to slander Van Chevrolet and it's employees not because he was ripped off. Beware of what you hear from who, many times it's simply not true..
