I would recommend Tom to anyone. He is a great guy and will work things out with you and go the extra mile. Although, I was told the fluids was topped off and oil changed by the service dept before i boug will work things out with you and go the extra mile. Only had vehicle for about a month, oil is blacker than black, powersteering fluid was low, coolant was low. SO far, I only put abouth 600 miles on the car and I dont think 600 miles would make it that black. Yes, customer service is great by Tom Artabasy, but THE DEALER THEMSELVES HAVE TO STAND BY WHAT THEY SAY! Now I'm out about 70 bucks for an oil change that was suppose to be done. More

I had a decent experience working with Ron and SCBA. The prices were reasonable and comparable to others I had looked at ( including eBay) and when I told them I was working with a check from an insurance c prices were reasonable and comparable to others I had looked at ( including eBay) and when I told them I was working with a check from an insurance claim ( my car was totaled by a texting teenager) and I was not interested in financing, they didn't push the issue. I drove over three hours to get to thus place and they were good about having the car I was interested in ready to go and didn't try and push me to another more expensive one. Their detailers could be a bit more throrough. Lots of minor missed spots. More

Purchased two vehicles from this dealer in one day (a van and an SUV). No later than 3 days after purchase the alternator died on the SUV. Two weeks after that the battery went. One week after purchase the "warning lights" on the dash went on and we ended up sinking over $1000 into repairs. I just don't think it is coincidence that two vehicles would have major repair issues within a week of purchase at this dealer!!!!!! Personally, I think the dealer was aware of defects and wants to unload vehicles to customers. More

Within an hour we drove off with a new van and with the trade-in value that we had decided on beforehand. The only complaint was being charged for detailing from the dealership which didn't appear to be done, but we got such a great deal on the van a few hundred dollars didn't bother us enough to haggle over it. The salesman made what is usually an unpleasant experience for me, especially trying to get trade-in value, a surprisingly fun visit. I can't imagine anyone complaining about this guy, he really takes pride in his work, which is a rare thing these days....and is why I took the time to write this review. Thanks Tom! Went in after looking at the website and knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay for it. Test drove a minivan which I liked and gave the salesman my offer (which was a below value of the car offer) wanted and what I wanted to pay for it. He didn't haggle with me just checked with his boss who okayed my low ball first offer. Either I got lucky and they just wanted the sale or the fact that I was paying cash made them want to deal either way I got a solid vehicle for below the value of it. They got the paperwork done quickly and from the time I stepped on the lot to the time I got the van was less then 2 hours, fasted easiest car buying experience I ever had. More

I should of listened to the earlier reviewers, as they were right! This place is a joke. They scam you buy saying they deal with people with credit problems but once you get there, it's a different stor were right! This place is a joke. The vehicles are in poor condition with many dents, rust, scratches, etc. and are way OVERPRICED! The salesman, Tom, we dealt with was a jerk and I wouldn't do business with him if he were giving vehicles away. Please do not waste your time by stopping at this dealership. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy! I have no idea how this place stays in business with the staff and horrible vehicles they have!!!! More
