Im extremely happy with my Acadia! It’s much more car than I thought I would be able to get. There’s a 2 part reason for that. 1. The Acadia has a lot more features than the other vehi It’s much more car than I thought I would be able to get. There’s a 2 part reason for that. 1. The Acadia has a lot more features than the other vehicles I looked at with comparable pricing. 2. I wanted the complete out-the-door price upfront and they gave me that - along with a very fair value for my trade in. I had Emma for a salesperson and she did a great job. I had one concern about the vehicle, it was part of a manufacturers buy back. Based on what they told me and my own research I came to the conclusion that there are many reasons this happens, not always because the vehicle is a lemon. You can see what the history on your potential purchase is that tells you why it was bought back. They have to disclose this by law. You can then decide for yourself if you want to go through with the purchase or not. In my case it was an easy decision. Besides I have the remainder of the factory warranty along with the drive train warranty which is a pretty long time so if (god forbid) something happens I’m covered. We’ll see how it all shakes out in the long run but for now I couldn’t be happier. It’s a great car for a great price. I recommend them! More

Service should be honest with the sales people there or the sales people should be honest about the vehicle they’re selling. Don’t sell vehicles that you know have problems and play it off as you didn’t kn the sales people should be honest about the vehicle they’re selling. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and left with a blown motor. Vehicle worked fine before that no warning lights etc. They broke the dip stick off in my motor and blamed it on a piston malfunction. S blown motor. I don't believe they replaced the engine. The replacement engine lasted 25,000 miles and it blew. They won't fix it now, they say it is out of warranty. Mind you there wasn't an issue with the car I had 54,000 miles on it. Now I have to hire an attorney as the car sits with a loan remaining and is non drivable. This place should be out of business. They charged a warranty $20,000 for something they caused and didn't fix and it barely made it 25,000 miles. I know other people with the exact same car and they don't have an issue, but they also didn't purchase from a Van Horn either. Don't buy from them. Save yourself the stress. When I went in for my oil change that day I had exactly 54,000 miles and they new by the time I came back for my next oil change I would be over 60,000 miles and out of warranty! They sabotaged my vehicle deliberately. I will prove this and take it to the news when I do. I will invest every penny I have to take them down. I purchased 6 vehicles from them in my life and the only vehicle I had an issue with was a brand new one under warranty. Go figure! I had to purchase another vehicle just to go to work. I will tell everyone to stay away from them. If GM had enough common sense they would cut ties with them. They give GM a bad reputation. More
