I had taken my Jeep in for warranty work. They got my Jeep in the same day and completed the work by the next day. They arranged to have me vehicle dropped off at my house when i was at work, which was so helpful. After getting home from work to verify the work done , i had to stop at the dealer to sign some paperwork. Upon arriving i had INCORRECTLY asserted that they had not replaced the part in question based on pictures I had taken before the work looked identical to after the work, well i should have taken pics of the correct part..... They had in fact done the correct work and had done a great job. I was wrong as I misidentified the part in question. Brenda, Rob, and the mechanic( don't know his name) deserve an apology for me holding their ethics in doubt. Despite my negative attitude, they remained professional and pleasant, even providing the old components that were replaced as proof. The Uptown service department team went above and beyond on this one and I would definitely recommend them for service work.

We just bought a 2016 Malibu and we just love it! We traded a 2007 Malibu, which we also bought brand new from Krajnik Chevrolet. Everyone at Krajnik's (from the salespeople to the service dept.) are all wonderful. They are courteous and friendly. We just had our first oil change and were in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting area was also very nice.

We were shopping for a used truck to pull our boat and also serve as a daily driver, and initially looked at Chevy Trailblazers at a "Walmart"-style national chain. They made a trade offer for my Mazda3 and showed us a 2006 Trailblazer that we actually rally liked. Fortunately, they sold it before we could commit, and we contacted Hall. Initially on visiting the Web site, I logged onto a chat feature that I thought would connect me immediately with someone I could talk to. I found out later that chat function was run by a third party service and that leads were only passed to Hall after a certain period of time. But then my wife sent me a link to information on a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer that was on sale for about what the mega-dealer wanted for the 2006 -- similarly equipped and comparable miles. We ran over to look at this vehicle that day, and my wife and I each test drove it. The folks there were very laid back and helpful. Turns out they were not only more than competitive on price with the Wal-Mart style dealer, but offered me a lot more in trade for my Mazda. AND because this was a GMC certified used vehicle, it comes with the bumper-to-bumper warranty. We came pre-approved with financing, but Hall's finance department set us up with an even better deal through a local credit union. I actually bought my Mazda from Hall's Mazda dealer, and they were very well-priced on that transaction as well. Moral of the story ... don't assume that big national chains have the best price on used cars. Your local Chevy dealer may have a better/newer certified vehicle at a better price. And it is always good to deal directly with a service department that knows the vehicle inside and out.
