Mark Sloan sold us our 2020 Toyota Rav 4 and knew nothing about Toyota’s and openly told us that and didn’t find answers to our questions about basic mechanics/features of the car. He overbooked customers and we had to sit off to the side for quite some time. The vehicle was sold to us with a quarter tank of gas and white gum stuck to the seats. I asked for a detail service and all they did was remove the gum. He did fill the tank up but not without complaint. Mark also said the dealership would pay for vehicle registration and that never happened. I spent over $40,000 and couldn’t even get a full tank of gas and car detail without asking. I will not recommend this dealership. More
