Phenomenal I totaled my other 2011 Cadillac CTS Sportwagon by a deer hit that ran down the entire vehicle. Given the utilitarian nature of the car and how many compliments I get on it all the time, it was necessary to find another just like my previous one. Van Horn had another 2011 with a 3.6 and a premium package. I found it on Car Gurus and sent an interest email. Shortly after I already received a call that I missed but later in the evening received another from Jorren. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, gave an exact and accurate description of the shape of the car that you can’t see from pictures as I live almost four hours away. Yesterday morning after my other car was released from the collision place, I filled out an app, was approved, and shortly after received another call saying everything was set and that I could pick up the car. I drove out there and the dealership staff and Jorren were unbelievably friendly and made the transition into my new car effortless. He even appeased my list for the V models and fired them up just so I could drool. They even took care of my Enterprise rental for me. Jorren was phenomenal as was the entire staff.
