I've bought vehicles at JVH since 1978, and have always had a good experience. They are my first stop when purchasing a vehicle. Buying Kelly's Equinox was a pleasure at Joe Van Horn. Noel was a great help, he assisted in cleaning out our trade in, getting the Equinox ready to take home that same day..... They are the most dishonest group of people that I have ever dealt with. They will take myou for a ride and charge you through the nose. They recommend and make unnecessary repairs charge you for more hour ever dealt with. They will take myou for a ride and charge you through the nose. And most of the people are very rude when you question why there are charges on your bill that should not be. More

Not much to the experience. Found a vehicle on line with a price where I wanted it. The vehicle was there in very good condition. There was no hassling I took the vehicle for a test drive looked it over tho a price where I wanted it. The vehicle was there in very good condition. Did not even try to tell me these things move quick and there were other people looking at it to boost the sale. Made an offer on the vehicle directly to the person who makes the final say on the sale. They only pushed back for very little over my offer, Overall a pleasant experience on a good vehicle. More

This is the WORST customer service I have ever received! I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this dealership. They WASTE YOUR TIME-TALK IN CIRCLES-CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!! They gave me a number for the trade in for my vehicle, and then after I went there for the 4th time to finalize it- they back-pedeled, and gave me a NEW trade-in price which was $4000 less!!! Not the way I do business- RUN!!!! The manager was an arrogent jerk! More
