For the second time, after an oil change, there was too much oil put into the engine. The only time that it was not overfilled was when I complained about the first time. It was over by 28 ounces this t much oil put into the engine. The only time that it was not overfilled was when I complained about the first time. It was over by 28 ounces this time! How can I trust Van Horn to do anything with my car. The only reason I go back is because of the free oil change. More

Zach was great, too, but guy who came in to try and hard sell us a warranty needs some bed side manner training. How do you seriously try to sell someone a $5,000 warranty on a $34,000 vehicle. And then after we say no, continue to hard press us. Unreal. More
Best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’ve owned a lot of vehicles! We didn’t feel pushed into buying anything. The finance department was exceptional. Thank you for going above and beyond with the purchase of my Chrysler Pacifica. I was in two nights in a row. The first night I felt like I was an inconvenience. This dealership sold me a $30,000 Jeep Grand Cherokee L that was defective from the lot. Imagine paying $30,000 for a 2021 vehicle, only to have the check engine light come on within weeks — and be told that was defective from the lot. Imagine paying $30,000 for a 2021 vehicle, only to have the check engine light come on within weeks — and be told not to accelerate past 4,000 RPMs or face a ~$3,000 repair. Soon after, I discovered that whenever it rains, both the roof and floor are completely saturated (see video). During the first oil change (within just the first couple of months after purchase) — I was told the suspension is making noises and needs to be inspected. Van Horn claims on their website to “pride themselves on being the most reliable, trustworthy… and that they genuinely care about their customers.” The reality: they sold me a vehicle requiring nearly $10,000 in immediate repairs. After texting back and forth with Spencer, I was pushed off to service with nothing resolved — not even escalated — while the inside of the vehicle continues to take on water. Buying from this dealership turned into a $30,000 mistake. I waited over two months to post this review, with the expectation they would make this right (I would gladly remove this review if these issues were resolved). As a business owner myself, I understand things happen that, prayerfully, were unavoidable — though the thought always lingers that there may have been deceptive intent. Fixing the problem would have put all that to rest, but despite texts, visits, and phone calls, they have chosen not to resolve anything. As a parent of five children, I purchased this 7-passenger vehicle to safely carry my family. Van Horn didn’t just take advantage of me — my kids are victims of their practices too. New buyers beware. More
