Considering the problem that I have, The dealership will not help me because technically something doesn’t fall under warranty even though my engine light will not shut off until this is fixed. Because the active air dam isn’t working and is tied to the active grill shutters, they said my engine could overheat, that sounds like it should be under the powertrain warranty. So, I was charged $211.11 because my engine light is on. It can’t be fixed because you don’t have the part plus it’ll cost me another $630 to fix it. So why can’t they disable the active air dam, if it’s not necessary for the drivetrain??? This is the first real issue I’ve had here. When I was in the process of purchasing my Ram, (2 years ago), one of the salesmen made a rude comment and I almost left the dealership. But he wasn’t my salesman. More

This was the fourth time I had walked in to a Jeep dealer and I so happy I met with Ryan. He was a wonderful sales associate to collaborate with and was willing to help me find the Grand Cherokee that was th and I so happy I met with Ryan. He was a wonderful sales associate to collaborate with and was willing to help me find the Grand Cherokee that was the perfect fit, and ensuring I got the features I valued the most without selling me up. He was realistic about my vehicle’s production timeline and provided me updates. He also reviewed the features on the vehicle with me twice.
