We got a great value on the car and everything is perfect. I have a hard time rating a car dealership based on one experience, because it will be if a problem arises that will really test the relationship. But our initial experience was great. They gave us a very fair trade and a good deal on the new car. Financing went quickly and they got is a better rate than I expected. More

A Pleasant Buying Experience I drove 100 miles from West Bend to Dane County Chrysler to check out a truck (2012 Nissan Frontier SL 4X4 LB) that I found on Craigslist. Shawn an I drove 100 miles from West Bend to Dane County Chrysler to check out a truck (2012 Nissan Frontier SL 4X4 LB) that I found on Craigslist. Shawn and I went for a test drive and he answered all questions that I had without the "Slick Rick" salesman stereo type attitude. He was easy to deal with when I decided to buy the truck and trade in my old Frontier. He introduced me to Ryan (The Finance Manager) and he was also easy to deal with and a mellow guy too. Ryan was able to beat my Bank's 2.84% interest rate by a 10th of a percent. He did not pressure me to buy the extended warranty or the paint/upholstery treatment that they have. He offered them to me but dropped it when I firmly told him I was not interested in them. I appreciated this and really liked his straight shooter way of dealing with me on the deal. All in all it was a very pleasant buying experience from start to finish and I would not hesitate to recommend shopping there to anyone. I just wish they were closer to me then 100 miles. I can't justify driving 100 miles for the free oil change lol. Thanks for the AWESOME truck guys! More

Very good I had some issues with the purchasing process and with the car I was buying. I live in Green Bay which is about an hour and a half away from Dane Coun I had some issues with the purchasing process and with the car I was buying. I live in Green Bay which is about an hour and a half away from Dane County Auto. I was told the issues with the car would be fixed before I came to pick it up. When I picked it up I left for home. I got about an hour out when I noticed the problem reoccured. I called the dealership and spoke to Shayne and told him that I was headed back. He was there waiting for me on his own time. He apologized many times and was very sincere. He also guaranteed me that he would make sure this problem was fixed. As soon as the problem was fixed he called me to let me know they were sending someone up with the car. I took it for a ride to make sure it was fixed and it was. If it wasn't for Shayne and his willingness to help me I wouldn't have bought a car from them. He was very respectful and made me and my car his top priority. More
