Very Helpful Service Center I had just bought a car at Dane County Auto, I was a little skeptical that the service center would treat me well being affiliated with the sales plac I had just bought a car at Dane County Auto, I was a little skeptical that the service center would treat me well being affiliated with the sales place. But I fell in love with a car, and it's the one I picked up and paid for one Saturday.......well I drove it to work the next night, and it steamed. Drove it home, it steamed, I took it straight in to Dane County Chrysler, they listened to me and helped me out free of charge since I had just picked the car up the Saturday before. They said it would be fine to continue driving and got me in at the end of the week, a new radiator seems to have fixed the problem. Thank you for your help and service Jeremy S. More

These guys made it about as good as it can probably be. Our main sales guy was Shawn. He was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Don was able to massage the final figures to everyone's satisfaction. We have never financed a vehicle before, so it was all a bit new. Ryan was able to get us an excellent rate (obviously dependent on one's credit score, so don't blame me for yours), Great car at a very good price. Happy to recommend based on my experience. More

They advertised their best price, and there was no haggling. The online price was $2000 below the window tag, but that wasn't a problem. Well, Wasn't THAT Easy. I had an idea of the car I wanted and found it online at Dane County Auto. I called, and Billy Collier answered. He answered my questions, and by the time I drove there, had that car pulled up front for me to see. He explained the features, and we test drove it. My husband was injured, and unable to come to Stoughton with me to see the car, so Dane County Auto was awesome about letting me take it for an overnight, and to be seen by my mechanic. In fact, they suggested the visit to the mechanic (I would have anyway, but how refreshing that they are that confident in what they are selling!) My mechanic found out that the brakes were low in the rear, so when I called Billy and left a message, he called back in a few minutes to tell me that OF COURSE, they would replace the brakes in the rear before I took ownership. Really? Wow. Shayne Miller was great in finance. He made it quick and painless, giving me the options with HONESTY. At one point during the extrended warranty discussion, he said, no, I didn't need a certain piece that was being offered, because my insurance would cover that. Wow. Thanks. I really enjoyed working with Dane County Auto, and will definitely be back! More
