I was very happy dealing with Taylor on recent purchase of my 21 jeep Trail Hawk. He suggested this model for me after I explained my needs. After looking at options it was exactly what I was looking for. Taylor was very friendly, helpful, and most important knowledgeable on the jeep. So far it is awesome. I am a little surprised that after service dept. did a 20 or 30 point check on vehicle, I had to point out 2 problems to Taylor noticed after test ride. Obvious things at that. When getting home with the vehicle I decided to check under the hood. Oil, power steering, brakes and antifreeze levels were good. The wiper fluid was empty and the air filter so dirty and sand filled looked like original. I would like you to send me a new air filter and have them check the cabin filter on my next oil change.
