Sales department are over coached and over trained for Manitowoc customer base. They ought to be in Vegas selling time shares to tourists. Sometimes a customer just wants a car buying experience to last an hour with a feeling of a fair deal and NOT be hammered and hammered to purchase add-ons. We are looking to purchase a Pacifica in a couple of years but will not be shopping at vanhorns UNLESS we hire a buyer's agent (like you would with real estate purchases) to negotiate for us. Vanhorns well trained and over-the-top sales staff are way to aggressive for our tastes and neither the sales or financing staff actually listens, they all just hammer hammer hammer away with their trained spiel until they win.
