Our old truck is on its last legs, so when the mechanic advised us to "start looking", we knew where we most likely going to purchase our next vehicle- Van Horn of Manitowoc, as our son had a great experie advised us to "start looking", we knew where we most likely going to purchase our next vehicle- Van Horn of Manitowoc, as our son had a great experience earlier this year here; we just did not knew what car will it be or when the best deal time will come. Swinging by "just to look at" the lot and get some ideas, we took couple of Rams for a ride, but they felt a bit overpowered for our needs. Then our eyes turned to fresh batch of Jeeps- and after 10 minute walk around and short test ride our fate was sealed. Usually spending large amount of money feels like pulling tooth without anesthesia, and we like to do a lot of research before major purchases, but this was the love from first sight, we love our new car, and are very grateful to our salesperson Nick S. for being so professional, patient and genuinely friendly. We probably would not have purchased car that day "on the spot" if it was not for Nick's nice personality. The gentlemen in the finance department helped us with all the paperwork on financing.
