Specifically made car appointment for 7 AM so work could be performed by 11 AM for pick up. Vehicle not ready until 2:15, my daughters car and she had to get back to Milwaukee for work. Not body called to notify that couldn’t find issue with non functioning headlight and would need to do for diagnostic, was notified by text when I was inquiring on status.
