Awesome customer service! I had a tire that was losing air and stopped by to see if they could help me. Despite being extremely busy in the service department, Clayton helped I had a tire that was losing air and stopped by to see if they could help me. Despite being extremely busy in the service department, Clayton helped me immediately. He checked the tire, found a split and got it to the back right away. It took a little while to get it done, but they have a great waiting area and I was just glad that they could take care of it. Clayton even sent a text to see if I needed anything while waiting. I have taken my Jeep for service there since 2011 and have never had a bad experience. More

Only care about the customer's money A dealership with very poor customer service. I was told the nerf bars that were on the truck were part of the price, then when we went to do the pap A dealership with very poor customer service. I was told the nerf bars that were on the truck were part of the price, then when we went to do the paperwork was told add ons are not included in the price and therefore were not included. That was just shy of a 1000 difference in price, which is kind of a big deal. I was able to negotiate a bed liner into the price and was told I would receive a call the next day to schedule the appointment and they would pick up the vehicle for the appointment. They did not call to schedule the appointment for over a week and only after I contacted them twice to ask why I had not heard back yet. When the appointment was finally scheduled I had to drive it the 40 minutes to them even though I was told they would pick it up. I contacted them multiple times to find out what the actual percentage would be if I did a loan through them and every time was told I would find out later. I hit the end of the 90 period and still do not know what it would have been even though they ran my credit the first day. I was told I would get a call a week or two prior to the end of the 90 days to discuss setting up the payment. I contacted the sales person I had been dealing with and never heard back. I then received a call on a Friday asking when I could be there Monday. Luckily I had the day off, but I now had to deal with the getting my payment ready over a weekend instead of the week or two I was told I would have. During that conversation on Friday I asked for the final number so I could prepare the payment and was told they would call as well as email it to me. I did not receive the number that day as I was told I would. I had to contact the manager Monday morning (the day I was supposed to go in) to get my final number and get my payment set up. The managers response to all of these issues was basically a that sucks email and saying he could get a driver to bring the paperwork for me to sign rather than coming down. Why would I want to go over the closing/payment paperwork without the financial guy there? What if there was an error (which there was) or I had a question. The manager's email was his only attempt at an apology. He did not attempt to call me or seek me out when I was standing in his dealership. Even with all of the issues I faced I sent them a sale (that will never happen again) and they did not even reach out to say thank you, which at the time would have gone a long way. The lies and misleading done by this dealership prove that all they care about is your money and as soon as the vehicle is sold you are useless to them. I gave them multiple chances to turn my experience to a positive one, but they continued to not follow through. Vehicles are expensive and all I expected was to be told the truth and for the dealership to follow through. Very disappointed across the board with the customer service and will not be doing business with them again. Since leaving a review they have made a very half hearted attempt to create any solution to these issues. They emailed me stating I would get a call from Jake to discuss the issues, that was just another lie from the dealership. Can't say I'm at all surprised as they failed to follow through on any single promise they made. Also rather than asking how you can solve a problem maybe you should offer up solutions. I'm not getting paid to solve your problems, therefore I refuse to do your job. More

He was able to answer all of my question about the Jeep Cherokee I purchased. I’m bad with names but the finance guy was super friendly along withe the rest of the staff. I have had a wonderful experience, and I would DEFINITELY recommend to my friends and family to make their next vehicle purchases tothe Van Horn dealership. The were wecoming like family. Great deal and a great experience After a miserable 7 hours at a Jeep dealership out of town, we went the next day to our local Van Horn Jeep dealership. The only reason we went out of town was they had a used vehicle that was priced exactly what we wanted. They would not let us see the used car. When they did it was in the service dept being repaired even after being on their internet site as certified used. Shouldn't they have the vehicle in tip top shape first? So we then looked at new cars with the idea of a lease getting the monthly payments in our wheelhouse. They kept changing prices on us and even wanted us to get one of their credit cards to help with the downpayment. Just what I need another credit card payment. So I got the keys back to my Wrangler and we left quickly. So the next morning even being battered and abused we went to Van Horn to just walk the lot and look at vehicle and prices without being bothered. Of course here comes a salesman. Joe Downing is his name. We are sure glad he came out to see us. We told him all about yesterday and he really took care of us. We went on three test drives and just could not get close to the payment we could make. Joe even helped with our trade and we end up getting more than originally offered to help with the deal. Just couldn't get the numbers in our favor. So Joe suggested a pre owned vehicle. So off we went back out into the parking lot. It was a real cold day in Manitowoc and Joe drove us around slowly through the entire lot so we could stay warm.We were very impressed with Joes knowledge of his used car inventory and he helped us steer clear of pursuing some deals that would not be in our interest. Then we found it!!! A 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. My wife fell in love with it. Between Joe and the sales manager they got us a payment exactly what we wanted and the car we wanted. Now keep in mind we spent almost 7 hours at the dealership that day kicking the tires and trying to work things out. Joe was a real trooper and stayed focus on our needs and we left that evening very happy with our new vehicle. Joe called me today to see how we were doing with our new vehicle. I told him the great experience we got from him and all his co-workers at Van Horn that day makes us love our new ride even that much more. Even if you are not looking specifically at a Jeep vehicle, swing over to Van Horn. The great service and great Jeep products will just might make you get a Chrysler product!! If you are looking for a vehicle in the Chrysler family go to Van Horn, you will be very glad you did. We sure are. Make sure to ask for Joe Downing. He is one heck of a good guy and he really knows his stuff. More

I brought our Jeep in to see if they could figure out what was wrong. Antonio was very nice and understanding of our situation and they fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time. I am thankful that I had Antonio to work with. I don’t normally like to work with dealerships but he made it easy. We will come again when we have the need. More
