Wish that was disclosed earlier. Like before we drove that distance. While that car didn't work out another seem to fit all my credentials for a used /approved car.. Mixed feelings.. This is my first time purchasing a "New" vehicle. I always said I wouldn't buy new and only one several years old so the bugs get worked out. We purchased our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo on June 2nd and I now will be bringing it back the fourth time tomorrow. The traction control light and vehicle stabilization module had to be fixed, took 3 appointments for that and now today (6-20-18) the reverse brake assist comes on when nothing is in the sensors, so back we go. I have to say Joe D.(sales person) and Chuck (service dept) have been very professional while dealing with my frustrations.( They get a 5 score). Is this common when you buy a "new" vehicle? I don't know, this is my first. The do sell many buy backs (refurbished), damaged "new" vehicles that have been factory fixed, so you can get a deal, but I now wonder if it's worth it. Look at the window ID number if R at end "refurbished" or buy back, D at end means "damaged" , N indicates "new vehicle" from my understanding. More

We ended up buying the car we cane to look at in the first place (the cheapest option for us). A dealer is only as good as its sales staff and Joe did a great job! More

PT Cruiser with a burnt valve at 58000 miles Good work but communication failed too much. They promise the car for end of Thursday and did not offered me a loaner ( I left the car on Monday) I go Good work but communication failed too much. They promise the car for end of Thursday and did not offered me a loaner ( I left the car on Monday) I got a loaner when I asked on Thursday. They also charged me 21.00 for air conditioner and they said there wasi an issue in the air conditioner that prevented they to re-charge. Now I had to find someone to fix the air conditioner that was working when I left the car there. I am not saying they broke the ac but I was not expecting the charge and I expected they advise me the issue and Offer to review the issue before I received the car. More
