Had to bug them constantly and our local dealer ordered one and had it in days. They stated they would refund us for what we paid the dealer. Poor Sales Manager experience I was very disappointed in the Sales Manager. He told us numerous times that we would be taking the vehicle home with us, EVEN THOUGH he knew there w I was very disappointed in the Sales Manager. He told us numerous times that we would be taking the vehicle home with us, EVEN THOUGH he knew there were 3 items that needed to be addressed. We told him numerous times that we did not have the information available, and he continued to tell us that we would be able to take the vehicle with us. I regret signing all the paperwork since we did not take possession of the vehicle. What's to say one of your sales people has others taking "our" vehicle for a test drive???? What happens if "our" vehicle gets hit in your lot?????? Tom and your finance person where outstanding as usual. Just not impressed with the Sales manager. Tom is the one that keeps us going back. took way to long with everything, wouldnt buy from here I came in to the dealership looking for a certain type of car that my wife had wanted and was with in our budget. The sales person was nice but took f I came in to the dealership looking for a certain type of car that my wife had wanted and was with in our budget. The sales person was nice but took forever with everything because he was spread too thin with people there. They tryed to help us with financing which they couldnt do with in our availability so i had to go through my bank which was fine. I called early in the day to have them fax over the information the bank needed and let them know when i was going to be there for the car. I show up with my kids figuring at most 20 min to get everything done because all the paper work was done and i had the check. All that was needed was to sign for the title. Something that realistically should have only taken 5 min to do. I was there for almost 2 hours with 3 kids which were 7, 5, and 2. All i heard from the time i walked in till i bitched out the person at the main desk was oh it will be 10 min cuz your next. Nothing but excuses and wasted time to buy a vehical. I have never been to a dealership that has operated like this to where the customers are left to sit there for hours to buy a car. I was going to buy a truck from there next year once i got this car paid off and better credit but after this there is no way im comming back. I also wouldnt have anyone i know go there either. More
