Unexpected happiness! I had owned an '08 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but was having ignition problems with it. Although the latest repair was under a recall and wasn't going to c I had owned an '08 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but was having ignition problems with it. Although the latest repair was under a recall and wasn't going to cost me anything to have it repaired (3rd time), I decided to take a look around the lot while waiting for the service work to be completed. (By the way, the service department was wonderful by giving me an appointment within less than 24 hours of my reporting the issue.) I had absolutely no intention of purchasing a new vehicle on this day and had seen a Renegade at the Chicago Auto Show in February 2015 and thought it was a piece of junk. However, I had a strong affinity for a white 2015 Renegade Latitude on a special sale at 1st Chrysler. Andrew approached me and introduced himself and was extremely pleasant to talk with. No high pressure or gimmicks, and as a female perusing the lot by myself, I felt 100% respected. I truly laughed out loud when he stated that he would do his best to "set me up with the Renegade to take it home today." Again, I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle at all. I took a test drive though, and had to admit that my original impression of the Renegade from last year was not accurate; it was indeed a great vehicle, and the options this particular Renegade had were perfect for my needs and wants. Andrew then had my current vehicle appraised and I was very pleased with a more than fair offer for it. Long story short; I had arrived at the dealership at 8:30 AM with a broken down '08 Jeep Grand Cherokee with almost 83,000 miles on it, and left at 2:30 in a brand new 2015 Jeep Renegade Latitude and I couldn't be happier. Andrew was also very helpful with the technology end of things by assisting me in setting up my phone with the car, and several other personal settings. I appreciated Andrew's professionalism, directness, honesty, and level or respect. I would not hesitate to do business with him again. Overall, I had a wonderful experience trading in and purchasing a new vehicle; something that can often be quite stressful and unpleasant at other dealerships. More

The van I purchased hadn't been detailed yet so I had to come back a few days later to pick up. They had everything I needed ready and waiting.
