Friendly/Easy People to Work With I drove the hour and a half to First Chrysler for a specific used Jeep that I saw on-line. When I drove in someone else was climbing in to tea drive s I drove the hour and a half to First Chrysler for a specific used Jeep that I saw on-line. When I drove in someone else was climbing in to tea drive so I went into the dealership and the first salesman I talked to (Joe Gaiovnik) was very helpful in so many ways. First of all he was willing to help even though it was his day off and he was just trying to get some paperwork cleaned up from the previous day. To make a long story short I was in a hurry that day to get to a sporting event for my daughter and Joe and the dealership allowed me to leave my vehicle which I was going to be trading in and take the Jeep for the night to make sure it was the right vehicle. When I came back the next day to talk numbers Joe worked with me to get the trade-in number where we could both be happy. The last thing Joe did that was very impressive was spend 1 ½ to 2 hours making sure the vehicle was detailed and clean. If I ever need a vehicle and Joe is still there I will be looking him up again. More

The dealer priced our used Jeep at a firm, but fair price. The lack of back and forth negotiation is a positive. The only problems with our purchase were at the dealership level. 1. It took over and hour and half to get into the finance office (conflicting stories if there were two finance managers or if they were short staff) and 2. we we quoted an "all-in price" but the final documents added a $395 Dealer Fee. So far the used vehicle appears in excellent shape and we are very happy we found it online. More
