I used a buyer's ser I recently purchased a used vehicle "sight unseen" from out of state and the staff provided overall a superb buying experience. I used a buyer's service (USAA) to find the most suited vehicle and you had a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee which I learned was part of a Chrysler Buy-back program. Not only was there the risk of buying without seeing the vehicle as I reside in Virginia - but there was the added risk of purchasing a "lemon." Your staff - beginning with Dallas Gulseth - and especially Andy Deisley - provided reassuring, complete, and honest answers to all my questions and concerns. I was particularly impressed with Andy who took the time to act as my "virtual" test driver - put the car on the road - and provided me with his personal impressions and feedback. The remainder of the buying process was worked through with competence. I phoned frequently for about two weeks and was always greeted by Andy who was up to date on every step of this process. The Jeep arrived in Virginia in perfect shape - the vehicle exceeded my expectations and with over 2,000 miles of my own behind the wheel - I am impressed and fully satisfied.
