Took a few hours to get an approval for my new car. The reason I gave such a low rating is the lack of communication regarding delivering me my new car. I was told it would be delivered within three days and by the third day I had still not received any information regarding the vehicle to the point I had to call and wait over an hour just to be told that it’ll be a few more days until I can receive my car at which point it’ll be close to a week since I had purchased it. So now I have to put my children’s car seats back into my old car just to remove them again in a few days More
