Drove 2 hours to find a 2010 Tiguan and avoid misleading, lying Chicago VW dealers. The current "Chicago scam" has cars advertised as "certified" that magically turn out to be "PRE-certified" when you get lying Chicago VW dealers. Then they try to tack on another $1900 to get the certification. Why Volkswagen USA allows their dealers to employ such unscrupulous tactics is beyond me. Where is the respect for the customer? Fortunately, there's more than "fresh air" in the Wisconsin countryside. We found a fresh approach to buying a car. Our salesman at Van Horn, Mark Sloan, was honest, helpful, and responsive. There was a small issue with the car we wanted and Mark made it right without hesitation. We ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND*** Van Horn based on our experience earlier this week. We went out to Van Horn looking for a new Chrysler Town and Country Touring Van and Josh came to help us. He found a vehicle on the lot that had the options that we wanted. We negotiated a price includin and Country Touring Van and Josh came to help us. He found a vehicle on the lot that had the options that we wanted. We negotiated a price including our trade in and were happy with the results. Then we decided to sell our van outright and trade in a different vehicle. They gave us a good price on that...then we decided to keep the 2nd vehicle and go with no trade. Once again the dealership didn't question us even though we had signed a contract with a trade. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and we are very happy with their handling of our indecions and giving us what we thought was a good deal. We are happy with our new van and hopefully it will give us years of good service.
