I emailed the dealership b/c I was interested in the Chrysler Pacifica. We worked with Josh and made arrangements to go there by carferry to buy the car. The night prior to leaving on the carferry, Josh calls us and tells us the Pacifica was sold. We had spoke to him several times that day, not once did he say someone else was looking at the car and we needed to put money on it to hold it. We believe he and the sales manager did this to get out of the deal they had made with us re: our 2007 Chevy Silverado Truck. We are very sorry to say this dealership cannot be trusted. Large quantity of nice used vehicles to choose from. Bryan was very helpful and allowed us to test drive as many vehicles as we needed before we found our perfect one.
