We decided to take the 1 & 1/2 hour drive to Plymouth to take a look & we are totally happy we did. We met Christian (sales)showed him what we found on their website he brought it to the front door & we went for a test drive. After the test we went in to his office to look at numbers. We explained where we wanted our payments to be at & he went from there. He came back within 10 minutes & said the vehicle was ours if we wanted it with the payments where we wanted them!! We were taken into Evert's office to complete the paperwork & within an hour we were set to drive out of their parking lot with our new vehicle. Painless!!! There was no going back & forth to a manager with every question we had & we felt welcome from the minute we arrived! Tina took our picture with our new Journey & we were on our way. We found a couple little issues when we got our vehicle home. Made a call to Christian who set up a time for us to bring it back. They gave us a vehicle to use & in 2 days they took care of everything & even drove to our home to pick up the loner vehicle & drop off our Journey!! NOW THAT'S SERVICE!! I have bought several cars over the past few years. Looking at Autotrader and Craigslist - Van Horn seemed to have the best prices and selection for the vehicle I was searching for. I would agree with other reviewers that in dealing with Bryan, he was not pushy or at all like the stereotypical 'used car salesman'. Initially, I had some trouble hearing back from him in response to some of my inquiries (hence the score of 4 for customer service)but after that I enjoyed working with him and eventually purchased a 2008 Grand Cherokee from him/Van Horn. I felt as though I got a reasonable trade-in offer and a very competitive price on the new Jeep. I would purchase another vehicle from Bryan/Van Horn. More

We worked with Mark Sloan whom I would recommend to everyone. He wasn't pushy, which is a definite no, very knowledgeable and let us know what was going on in their car search.... something you don't everyone. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealer (keep in mind this place is 3 hours one way for me). They have a large selection of vehicles to choose from. In fact, you need to be careful when parking and walking the lot as it is so full. The salepeople are friendly and they kind've have a no haggle deal going on (which is okay as I hate the back and fourth when they have to go to their manager, etc... Now the "bad". We wanted to test drive a 2010 Nitro but they could not find it. Not sure if someone stole it or they just misplaced it. We ended up buying a 2011 Nitro with 400 miles on it. They lost the extra key ($150) and there was a paint defect on it. After alot of calling and emailing, we finnaly got a new key sent to us and we have to pay to have it programmed. The paint issue is currently ongoing with Dodge to see if they will cover it under warranty. Time will tell. The dealership said if Dodge didn't warranty the paint, they would take care of it. It seems like they are not real good about following up with you or contacting you after the sale but with some perisitance, they will. I can't say as it was a terrible experience because it wasn't. There are some areas they need to improve on and hopefully they will. I think they are a victim of their own success (almost too big). Overall, it was an okay sale. I will leave it up to you to decide depending on your own experience. I think due to their size, a few customers get lost in the mix and I think that is what happened to us. I would recommend giving them a chance though. More
