In addition, our salesperson, Bob O'Connor, was extremely friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. Then we met with the finance person, Josh Koon, and he was equally friendly and again answered all of our questions. Finally, we were asked to have our photo taken with our "new" van, and Heather Berth, the customer relations specialist, was as friendly as everyone else had been!
