Amazing Customer Service - will always buy from Van Horn Now a days, customer service seems to go to the wayside, not at Van Horn in Plymouth!! The customer service, product knowledge and supportive (not pus Now a days, customer service seems to go to the wayside, not at Van Horn in Plymouth!! The customer service, product knowledge and supportive (not pushy) sales team outshines any other dealership that I have visited in the past. We drove over an hour to look at/test drive one of the few 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee's that were left. I did not expect to to purchase the vehicle that day but did!! They were able to provide me a lower interest bank that my bank gave me, find additional incentives and provided amazing warranties and additional products to ensure that my new vehicle will continue to stay in pristine condition. They were willing to work with me in where I wanted my payment in top on all this. What really blew my mind was the following. Some things needed to be completed on my new vehicle before I could take it home. So they provided me with a loaner. On top of that, they will be delivering the vehicle too me, as I am over an hour away!! My family will buy all of our vehicles from Van Horn in Plymouth. A huge thank you to Sean who made the entire process seamless!! More
