Every aspect exceeded expectations I was met by Jean Orozco as I entered the building. We walked the lot to identify the cars that posed an interest to me. What the dealership offered me on the trade was fair in light of the identified repairs that were needed. The finance process was smooth and straightforward. I likely could have obtained a better interest rate if I approached my own bank or credit union. But, minor details in the consideration of ease of purchase. I would recommend this dealership all day long, even though they are 90 minutes away. More

Getting me into a loaner car and talking to Chrysler to fix the problem. I was very glad to get a call from Ryan to talk about getting into a new car and leaving the dart in the dust. Ryan and Josh both helped me stay very close to my monthly goal, and getting into a bigger car but something that is not soccer mom. After contacting the Internet Sales department Amanda Grunewald informed me the jeep I was interested in was on another lot but they made sure that they had it there for me first thing 8am the next day to look at! They have the lowest prices in at least a 100 mile radius and are still more willing to work with you to get you in the vehicle you want then any dealership I've dealt with before! Even better the financial department was able to get me into my brand new jeep that day rather then waiting a couple days for my own bank! After a long night of work and all mourning in the dealership making some hard decisions they even delivered my new jeep 45 minutes away so I could get some rest and have it when I wake up! Thank you all for making me feel comfortable and satisfied with my purchase! My father's so jelous he's now looking at possibly trading in for a new jeep like mine!
