Customer satisfaction first Initially, I was unsure about his ability to understand that my objective was simply to get a vehicle that my wife actually liked and to understand my Initially, I was unsure about his ability to understand that my objective was simply to get a vehicle that my wife actually liked and to understand my role was to watch the numbers. He came through with a vehicle that looked great and fit exactly what my wife needed. The salesperson (Ryan) understood that I also wanted the dealership to stand behind their product as we have very little time to be back and forth with car issues. Ryan stated that they would send a vehicle to our home to pick up the jeep and take care of the issue and leave a car there for us to use should anything happen during the warranty period. There was a little nick on the hood, " cool, I will get you the exact color paint to fix that." he stated. That is commitment which sold me. Whatever issues the car had or may have was not an issue anymore. Sold. Was a tough deal, lots of money put out for the last two vehicles within the last 7 months but I am confident that Ryan would continue to make this experience well worth it. He worked hard and has made promises I am sure he and the dealership will keep. We wish him well in his position at Van Horn and any future endeavors he may aspire to. This is our third vehicle from the dealership. Must be a good reason why I keep going back. My first car (Genesis) from them has not given me a problem in nearly 5 years and I was a serious Audi car owner guy before. Kudos to Ryan and the team. More
