Dan Farrar, Service Advisor, greeted me and was quick to take action and explain options for a temporary fix. The service associate, (unfortunately, I did not get his name), cheerfully put on the spare tire. Both associates went out of their way to help me. Being a woman, I'm always anxious if I am getting a fair deal. No need to worry at Van Horn. Honesty and integrity is #1 at Van Horn. So, ladies.....come on down to Van Horn Plymouth! Jerry Sulaiman went over warranty options to my satisfaction. Gabe took a lot of time to introduce me to my great new ride, a lot has changed since I bought my last Ram in 2004.. Overall, a mighty fine experience and I will check here first next time. Since Ram holds up so good, that might not be for another 12 years, though!! One more thing, I am looking forward to receiving my Ram camo hat in the mail. I recommend the dealership absorb the cost of providing a comp hat for every buyer of a new vehicle. I'm not positive, but I believe Gabe might have to pay for it himself. More
