We were ready to give up when Van Horn quoted us a solid price on a 2016 with most of the equipment that Cherie wanted. However she did not want leather upholstery. Josh Devriend and Steve Strehlow spent a lot of time and effort searching for a van that filled our needs. By the end of the evening they had located our van at another of their dealerships. Personalized Adam was great from start to finish, he had been looking for an Edge for us for quite some time, but never gave up or pushed me in another direction. Adam was great from start to finish, he had been looking for an Edge for us for quite some time, but never gave up or pushed me in another direction. I set up everything through Adam and he came through every time. My wife would show up, the car was always ready and people knew she was coming in. They were great about letting her have it over night as well. When we were ready to buy Adam again had all his ducks in a row, all of his personnel were ready and willing to start and finish the paperwork. Mark was great as well, he had all the answers to my questions even when I started to get cold feet. He took the time to double and triple check things with me and look over the whole car with me again. Mark was all about us and getting us what we needed. Mike was very matter of fact which was perfect he explained everything in a way that we could understand and put himself in our shoes.
