Fantastic Jeep I went to look at Jeep I found on carsoup.com, the exact car I had been looking for. After 4 hours of negotiating, we couldn't come to an agreement. Ryan emailed me the following day after talking to his manager and made another offer we could both agree on. Thanks to him I drove away with the vehicle I wanted a few hours later. Thank you Ryan for selling me my very first car! More

Dishonest, liars My wife and I were supposed to pick up a car that I had made a deal on at 11:00 am this morning but because of snow turned around and headed for home. My wife and I were supposed to pick up a car that I had made a deal on at 11:00 am this morning but because of snow turned around and headed for home. I called Kevin at the dealership and told him that because of the snow and me being 300 miles away that I would bring a trailer to the dealership on monday and trailer the car home. He said that was fine and because of making the deal with the sales manager earlier in the week and him telling me that on his word that I could purchase the vehicle at the agreed upon price. After all of the phone conversations I was confident that I would be picking up the car Monday, but I just got a voice message about a half hour ago saying the sold the car this afternoon. After that of course no one at the dealership is available for me to speak with, so my wife calls on a different phone and speaks to the sales manager and he says someone was there and bought the car and they can't pass up a sure sale which I think is strange because I offered to put a deposit on it when the deal was made. To end this I hope anyone thinks twice before dealing with a company with out scruples or a good business character. More

Buying a new van Went to look at vehicles needed one with third row seating. Found a grand caravan that would fit our needs. Test drove and the talking was done with in 2 hours. Then got stuck there for another 4 hrs waiting to sign paperwork. Mark was good, but was working with my wife and I, while working with another customer at the same time. Seemed like they were understaffed Got a little frustrating waiting, but around 6pm at night we were able to sign the paperwork. Van is nice. More

Great experience at Van Horn Dodge I bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee with 15K miles from Van Horn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Kevin, the salesman I worked with, was helpful and answered any qu I bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee with 15K miles from Van Horn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Kevin, the salesman I worked with, was helpful and answered any questions I had. Even though it was a long day, a price was agreed upon and the sale was finalized early evening. Kevin was very accommodating throughout the whole process. As I drove my new Jeep off the lot, I noticed about a block away, in the reflection of the rear bumper of the car that was in front of me, that the driver's side headlight was out. I immediately turned back to the dealership, and after some inspection it was determined that there was an issue with the headlight and the Jeep had to remain at the dealer for service. Karrie in service was very nice and apologized, and set me up with a loaner while the Jeep was serviced. Tuesday the following week they delivered my Jeep to me with the headlight repaired. I will give them credit for a relatively fast fix and they delivered the Jeep to me 30 miles away. Kudos to the service department. One of the things that attracted me to Van Horn was their "if you're not completely happy with your purchase, return the car. No questions asked" policy. A few days later I had second thoughts on purchasing the Jeep. I contacted Kevin and worked with him and the general manager, Adam, on trying to remedy this. They were understanding and gave me a few days to decide while also providing other options for me to possibly consider. I decided a few days later that the Jeep was the right purchase. I thank Van Horn Dodge though for giving me the option of returning/exchanging the Jeep and providing guidance when I second guessed my purchase. I feel much better about buying the Jeep now. I highly recommend Van Horn Dodge if you're looking for a new or used car purchase. In the end, I guarantee you'll be happy that you bought from them. More

One of the better dealerships I found the vehicle on cars.com and Christian responded very quickly. I set an appointment to test drive. There was a long wait for the credit union to push through the loan (private credit union). Christian was extremely helpful and patient, along with responding to my emails very efficiently. I was sure, after research, I was getting the best deal within my search area. Everyone was very polite. The only downfall is they were far too pushy on the LUXcare upon signing everything. I clearly said no, but it was brought up after. All over, one of the better experiences I've had in my search. More

I narrowed down my search to 3 Wrangler Willy's edition Jeeps: One in Tennessee, one in Indiana and one at Van Horn. I ultimately selected the Jeep from Van Horn based upon the price, Jeep options, the dealer's representative (Kevin Kester) and the trust I felt with this dealer. I felt good with the other dealers too - they wouldn't have made the final 3 if I didn't feel comfortable with them - but selected Van Horn because of the overall experience More

What I was looking for was a very hard to find no longer in production after 2015 vehicle by Dodge. Van Horn Dodge had the vehicle with two very specific options I needed. We were a bit anxious about not even doing a test drive and physically checking out the vehicle before buying it. Christian Lorier communicated with us thoroughly every step of the way regarding everything we wanted to know about this vehicle. He even called me back on his day off after I left my message to the receptionist regarding further questions I had! We pulled up Mark Sloan was waiting for us. A great greeting. We test drove and then negotiated then finance and we literally were on our way with a brand new 2016 Ram 2500.
