Slipped through the cracks I found a vehicle online that I thought would be a great car for my son as I was giving it to him on his birthday. He had worked hard and saved enough that if I matched it, would be a sizable down payment. I drove an hour to the dealership first thing in the morning and found Gabe the only one at his desk. The weather was dark and rainy but that was uncontrollable but also made it difficult to really look at the car. With 4000 miles on it and being at a dealership I had high expectations. The price was right and I purchased the car. Gabe was professional and knowledgeable when I was in front of him.When I got it home I noticed that the interior had not been cleaned by the dealership "ever".Hair, dust, ashes and what I hope was chocolate in various places had to be cleaned. There was a Dodge hat to be thrown in but was forgotten. Two calls to the salesman went un-answered and un-returned. These are the things that set the rating. More
