Plymouth, Wisconsin was a good hour away from where I was staying, and about 5 hours away from my hometown, but I decided to make the drive, fully expecting that nothing would come of it other than a test drive. My previous experiences at car dealerships have generally ranged from mediocre to horrific, and so I naturally assumed that the best I could hope for was a transaction that wouldn't make getting a root canal seem a pleasant encounter by comparison. To my genuine surprise, however, the entire sales team exceeded every conceivable expectation I could have had: Amanda J--for putting up with my cynicism about dealer rebates and who would actually qualify for them on my initial phone call. Jean Karlo O-for his efficiency in getting a deal worked out within 40 minutes of closing on a Saturday afternoon. Justin S--for negotiating honestly and fairly on my trade (and saving the entire deal as a result). Mike F--for not going with the traditional hard sell of extended warranties, rust-proofing, upholstery protection, etc (of course, I now wish I had listened to him and bought the extended warranty after all, lol). Roy E--for quickly and easily assisting with temporary plate and rebate issues AFTER the papers had been signed and the vehicle sold. (Yes, that's right--AFTER). I entered their dealership a skeptic, and I left in my brand new Jeep, convinced that Van Horn Dodge had just given me the best car buying experience of my lifetime. Fair, Fast and Friendly! We were thrown into purchasing a new vehicle when one of ours suddenly broke down. After two weeks of searching the tri-state area for a minivan that would fit our needs and our budget, we found what we were looking for at Van Horn. We did a lot of the upfront paperwork online and then made the drive up (an hour for us). We were still a little nervous about the whole process but Kevin and Justin made everything so painless! The whole process took about half the time that it would have anywhere else. Our experience before Van Horn was incredibly stressful with other dealers, but Kevin and Justin turned it into a pleasant and fun experience. They were upfront and fair with us - no games! I wish we had found them two weeks ago! I highly recommend going there - and I am sure we will be back when we need another new vehicle. You just can't beat a car buying experience that is fair, fast, friendly - and yes, fun! More

Great vehicle, good price, great people to deal with. Looked for 1 1/2 years for the right Jeep Grand Cherokee and found it at Van Horn. We were 4.5 hours away so we were a little apprehensive to deal with them but their great attitude and excellent communication set us at ease. We made the trip and with a small amount of haggling, made the purchase. We worked with Kevin Kester and Mike Foti. Both were down to earth and easy to deal with. They made my wife and I feel RESPECTED and that they WANTED our business. After we got it home I realized it did not have a front license plate bracket and I sent an email to Kevin. He sent an email back with the tracking number and we received one the next day. When we are in the market for a new/different vehicle, we will be back! Thanks Guys! More

Salesmen and staff were professional and not pushy, followed through on promises. We negotiated a little with the value of my trade in, but arrived at a price I was happy with. Service dept installed some aftermarket equipment for me at a good price, very prompt service. Only negative was that my bank offered better financing (about 1% less than what the dealer offered). Would continue to do business with this group. More
