I would first like to apologize for the inconvenience and your poor experience with our service. The last thing we want is for customers to leave with a bad taste in their mouth. I also apologize that the vehicle's condition was not discussed in full before your journey, and the misunderstanding with the other vehicle you drove. In an effort to improve your experience here, I would like to offer several things. I am willing to repair the cosmetic blemishes on the exterior of the vehicle, as well as take care of the front end noise you experienced on the test drive. I would then be willing to deliver the repaired vehicle to you at no additional expense. I know this does not give you back the time you spent coming to see us, but hopefully you can accept our apology and take advantage of the deal you originally came to get.
