Long wait time for an oil change. Went in to look at a specific vehicle we found listed online, the staff was extremely courteous and quick with their assistance. I was sat down, the car was brought up, and I was already in the driver s online, the staff was extremely courteous and quick with their assistance. I was sat down, the car was brought up, and I was already in the driver seat for a test drive. Within a couple hours we were driving off the lot home with our new (pre-owned) vehicle. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend their products and services! They definitely make you feel at ease and are willing to work with you on making a deal. I hope the car runs as smoothly as the dealeership! Thank you Van Horn! More

I purchased a 2008 Pontiac G6 in October of last year. In the beginning the service was really good but, that's what you should expect from a salesman. When I decided to go with the Pontiac I was told that I the beginning the service was really good but, that's what you should expect from a salesman. When I decided to go with the Pontiac I was told that I wouldn't have to make my first initial payment until 3 months later which was accurate. I was also told that if I made my first 3 car note payments on time that I would be able to change my due date. When I called the bank to change the due date they told me that the car dealership should not tell people that because it is not true. After going back and forth with Brian and the bank they finally changed it. In addition to the lies I was told that if I wanted to trade my car in after my 3 car payments I could trade the car in for another car or I could keep the Pontiac and get my payments lowered. Well, little did I know that I wouldn't be able to get my car notes lowered and if I wanted to trade my car in I would have to get a car from either Dodge or Chevy not "any car I wanted". The worst part is that I would have to drive all the way from Milwaukee to find out that I couldn't get the car I wanted, what a waste of gas and time. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealership and if you do refer people and they tell you that you will receive a referral check please be prepared for the run around. Last but not least I just found out that 2 of my family members purchased cars from them and I didn't know about it and they had problems also!!! Take your money elsewhere! More

I filled out an application and was never contacted back. I had to pursue it and then I was lied to. They said they would call me the next day and never called. Found many beautiful cars on their lot at incredible prices. Well, first off, their sales team were both kind of jerks, but nothing that I wouldn't expect from a sleazy dealership. Anyway, they were rea prices. Well, first off, their sales team were both kind of jerks, but nothing that I wouldn't expect from a sleazy dealership. Anyway, they were really non-negotiable with prices stating that their prices were better than anyone else around. So, we called the bank and checked to see if we could loan out a little more to be able to afford said 'great priced' vehicle. Well, the loan officer asked the dealerships name and as soon as I said it, he said "don't buy a car from van horn." All their cars are salvage cars that were once in an accident and has gotten repaired. It's what their well known for selling there. So, we called back and asked about said vehicle and sure enough, it had been returned to the dealership from the owner under the lemon law. Apparently had some major electrical issues and faulty brakes. They said it was all fixed by brake pads, doesn't make sense to me. Well, let's just say, we found out why their prices were so darn low. More
I drove three hrs today to purchase a vehicle from vanhorn. I had previously discussed this vehicle many times with my sales associate in detail. We came to an agreement on price. When I got to Vanhorn I noticed the car had many large blemishes. There were dents, srapes, gouges, and scratches all over the vehicle. No where in the detail report of the car did it list this nor in the 26 pictures did it even show a hint of a minor dent let alone something major!! I was very upset. Brock then asked if I would like to take a different Pacifica for a drive. I said sure while I was already there I might as well. This was the exact same year, same features and same price as the last pacifica but with no blemishes. Only it had 16000 MORE miles and Leather interior instead of cloth.. I drove it and liked it despite the milage being more than what I wanted in a vehicle. We sat down to deal and I eplained "seeing that the vehicle was exactly the same as the first I think the price should sart at the same deal we had, but seeings there are 16000 more miles I would like a little more off".. To make an even longer story short, they wanted me to pay MORE for this car, the manager JOSH, described the first car as only having "dings and dents" Craziness!!! The manager gave me a price left me there to decide, i decided I would take it in 5 min. he left me sitting for 30 min.(mind you I had an infant with me) he came back, when I told him I would take it, he said he couldnt do it for that price (his own price) and went up 500 more!!!!!!!!!!!! So I sat there for 30 min deciding on a price that I really didnt want and he wasnt even really offering it to me!! How disgusing!!! So I walked... Not a good business place! I would not suggest this place to anyone! I felt so betrayed, and even bullied as I was sitting there. Worst eperience ever! Total waste of my day. More
