Regarding the tax issue, while it is unfortunate, we simply are not experts on each states tax requirements. The tax was calculated on the trade difference per Wisconsin law. We were not aware that sales tax is calculated on the purchase price in Michigan. Additionally, regarding the paint issue, if there is anything we can do to assist you in locating more information regarding the paint on the roof of the Jeep we will do all that we can to assist you in tracking down the information. Once again, I apologize if we have not lived up to our high standards of service for you. Your comments will be taken into consideration in order to improve our processes going forward. Just seen your note and yes you were aware of the tax requirements because I told Josh and Rodney that and they told me I was wrong and if they were wrong, just have me send them what they owe me and they would take care of it but when I did, Rodney called me and made me feel like the bad guy and said we will send you papers to sign off on this and we will take care of it and WE WILL BE DONE WITH YOU! I thought to my self WOW I can not beleave he said that! I came down there knowing how much money I was going to spend, right to the penny but that did not work out after making that long drive. First I had talk to Josh on this deal over the phone knowing what the price of the Jeep was and then asked him if I am driving that far, would you be interested in taking our car in for a trade in and he said yes after I told him what I had, he asked me what I have to get for it and told him the price and what needed to be fixed on it and he said I am sure we can do that at that price and may even get you more for it, I said ok but I do not want to drive all the way down there and for you to play games with me on the price, well wrong again, I told Josh I will not take anything under $3500 knowing I could pretty much get $4500 or more but did not want to deal with it knowing I was getting a good price on the Jeep but after I got there, the games started and said they would give me a $1000 for it and when I was getting ready to walk out, they came back with a offer of $3000 and not sure why but I agreed with that thinking that this would be a better deal then the one I was looking at from another dealer but wrong again! when I came down to look at it and sat with Josh, the first thing I did was have him go over the sheet from another dealer to make sure every thing was on this jeep as the one I was getting from you and he said yes, after we started doing the paper work I had him go over the sheet again for him to make sure every thing came with this Jeep as on my sheet and he said yes again, trusting him I signed the papers thinking I did better then the other place but wrong again, when I got home with it, I started looking at things to see how they worked but was not sure on a few things so called and asked about the engine heater because I could not find the cord and Rodney told me you may have to get a cord for it? I also asked Josh about blue tooth and hands free phone and he just told me you have to just get it hooked up not sure what he meant by that? until I went to our deal and told me how much that would cost to have this hooked up for this that I was told I had. Now on the top of the Jeep that was repainted that I was never told about, I called Rodney and asked about it and he told me he did not know why it was and told me to that we get jeeps from other dealers and to have me just take care of it myself by bringing it to my dealer because it should be covered but could not take the time to find out where it came from or what happen to it. Also called Josh and told him I got a paper in the mail of a loan denial and was very worryed about what this was about and he told me he would have Rodney call me right back on the but wrong again, no one ever called me back! Its funny when I was honest on writing a dealer review and it was only posted for a few days and shows me that you only put on good reviews and curious how many bad ones there really were posted that may have helped me from buying from you. My attorney advised me to take this to small cliams court but will wait until I hear more from Chrysler and will also go to better bussness with this. Do to taking off my review, I had to spend more money on a tire cover and get it painted to share my review while driving back in fourth to Milwaukee, sorry to say because I am sure there are some good people there. All in all sorry it came to this because I am a good and honest person that works hard for my money and will not be cheated on.
