Additionally, since I had my daughter and husband with me, we waited for the service. The new waiting room is WONDERFUL! Very comfortable, and Molly loved the popcorn. Marc kept us posted on the progress, and when they diagnosed the park assist warning and found that a sensor had gone bad, he even went through and found out that I had warranty which reduced the part cost. He explained that they had to order the part, and they got us on our way with the rest of the services done. We got the call on Monday that the part was in, and scheduled for Thursday. Marc met me at the service desk, and I waited while they installed the sensor, and finished balancing wheels. Very quick considering the work to be done. Marc explained the whole invoice, including the warranty part for the sensor, and I was on my way. As always, excellent service and follow-up. Thank you! More

Overall my experience at Van Horn has been very successful and enjoyable. I came to the dealership looking for a used car in my budget range. We had driven an hour and a half from Green Bay to firs successful and enjoyable. I came to the dealership looking for a used car in my budget range. We had driven an hour and a half from Green Bay to first check out a pontiac G6 that I had called on for a great price and good miles. After driving all day looking at a lot of cars we thought we had found the one. We got there and the Pontiac that we were looking at was not satisfying. It had passenger side damage that the sales person failed to mention over the phone and we were not happy driving all that way to see a slightly damaged car. The sales person Roy understood our frustration and wanted to work with us. He was very polite, respectful and professional. He took an interest in finding the right car for me in the right price range and mileage count that I wanted. He finally showed us a Chrystler Sebring in which I fell in love with but a little over my price. He said he would work with us and he stuck to his word. I gave this dealership and my salesperson an outstanding rating because he took a bad situation to begin with and turned it around and made it very successful. The salesperson tried his best to amount to our needs and expectations and he was very successful at it. We are very happy to have gone to this dealership because the staff was all really nice, respectful and professional and the car quality was really good. We were working with a salesman on a vehicle when we found a newer, more expensive vehicle on their website. When we couldn't make a deal and I thought we were done, they called me and called me. We finally worked out a deal on the nicer vehicle, they took a whole #250 off, and we were waiting for VanHorn to send us the paperwork via email. It came but was then voided by them before we even got to take a look at it. I called the next morning and it took several phone calls before anyone would actually speak to me. Apparently, they went ahead and sold the vehicle for full price knowing that we had agreed to the deal. They do not keep their word!!! Do not trust this dealership. More
