I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a 2013 Ford Focus SE back in December of 2020 (9 months ago) I was recently on vacation in North Carolina (I am from Wisconsin) I had to get a WHOLE NEW TRANSMIS Focus SE back in December of 2020 (9 months ago) I was recently on vacation in North Carolina (I am from Wisconsin) I had to get a WHOLE NEW TRANSMISSION 900 miles from home. They said they could not help me because "they do not know how I drive". Mind you I am an 18 Year old girl. Connect the Dots. 3 months after I got the car in the first place it started jerking, I took it to a ford store in Lomira and they told me that it was "normal". Never again will I buy a car from any van horn. The only good thing is the free oil changes. I would rather pay alittle more for my car then have it break down less than a year i have had it. More
