Within 24 hours, Brian got back to me and alluded to a few additional problems, saying they were all covered under warranty. Brian is extremely knowledgeable about Ford, which was a huge help with my truck issues. At the same time, Mr. Gelnetske ensured I had reliable transportation until my truck was repaired.
