Incompetence or no attention to detail, I'll leave the person's name out. I was scheduled to take a test drive on the weekend. Figured I'd get my financing in order and had a check written for the amount. person's name out. I was scheduled to take a test drive on the weekend. When I didn't see the vehicle listed anymore I emailed the salesman and received no response., I called on two different occasions and no one answered. Had to call the service department to get through and was put on hold two times. The gal finally got back to me and said the vehicle had sold. I don't want a response because it's an excuse and don't want to hear it. A simple call saying it was sold would've been nice, I shouldn't have had to hunt down the salesman. I'll never recommend anyone to this dealer. More
