Her easy going personality and patience aside, I was genuinely thrilled to work with a female salesperson. Being a single woman myself, it can be really intimidating and awkward to get the hard sell for a high ticket item I know nothing about: houses and cars! But Carrie was terrific and I felt 100% at ease throughout the entire car buying experience. She was knowledgable, listened to my needs, and never made me feel pressure to do anything. The follow up post-purchase has been great too; I really feel like Van Horn Nissan cares about their customers and I am proud to tell people where I bought my 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport. Thank you! It was actually because of that that I went back to the dealership on Wednesday and purchased a vehicle . The young man who helped me was it again Xavier. He was once more very friendly and very professional I’m very patient. I am from a generation way before technology. And Xavier patiently showed me and explained to me all the different things that the new vehicle could do all the safety measures. That were mine on my new car. Before I was leaving a friend who came with me was sitting in the room with the financial guy. A friend of mine who came with me asked if she could make a comment. And she told the financial officer that she has never Been at a dealership where they were treated as nicely and as professionally as I was at Vanhorn. Xavier was amazing to work with and would highly recommend. He was very friendly and made it fun looking for a new vehicle.
