Where do I start. I took my Maserati in for an annual service. They returned my car scratched and stained. Chemicals and Gas all over the rear of the car. It has a matte wrap and now has a huge stain on the side. The Service Manager wanted to only fix the part they ruined. The front end was scratched. So, they only wanted to replace two pieces of the wrap. The wrap is over a year old. I explained it would not match. They didn't care. If they didn't cause the scratches and stain in the first place, I would not have to rewrap the whole car. It was fine when I gave it to them. That is how a customer should get it back. Instead, A car that once looked perfect is now and forever damaged due to Russell Westbrooks negligence. He not only did lousy this year for the LAKERS, but his car company is just as bad. I wonder where they get it from. It is horrible to imagine that a service manager (JOE) would allow and laugh this matter off and not take it seriously. I thought a Maserati Tech should get fired returning a customer's car back to them in this shape. The service manager's outlandish excuse for why he wouldn't fire the employee made me feel so embarrassed for him. He claims he is short TECHS but would if he had one handy. I can only imagine why he only has seven (7) mechanics working for him. He is not able to retain and train properly is the most logical answer to that. It is very sad that the SERVICE MANAGER allows his employees to mis-treat and damage customers' property (car) and then become a USED CAR SALESMAN when it is time to take responsibility for their actions. More

RJ was our sales associate, and he was incredibly professional, polite and quick. He knew what we wanted and arranged the deal as quickly as possible.
