He was able to negotiate and fight for what I was willing to offer. If you happen to go here I'm pretty sure all the workers are cool but I would refer you to Jonathan Olvera and he will honestly take care of what car your looking for and literally he will keep it with you. Them taking care of me and willing to work with me was an automatic plus. You go into these blind but take my word for it and ask for Jonathan. At the end of the day I was able to take home a nice beautiful car and the wife and kids are in love with it. More

I refinanced my car, I came into the dealership to cancel my GAP insurance on the original loan, because no one was returning my calls. I had to make an in person visit, and delt with Alondra Nava, we fille my GAP insurance on the original loan, because no one was returning my calls. I had to make an in person visit, and delt with Alondra Nava, we filled out paperwork, changed my address to my new address, signed the GAP cancellation paperwork ect. After a few emails getting everything that Miss Nava asked and payoff letter from lender, mid Feburary, she received everything, per her emails. I have called several times, left voice mails and emails attempting to adress why I haven't received my refund for canceling my GAP. She has not returned my calls nor my email. My next step is with the CA BBB and the attorney general. I called today and spoke to someone in the business office and was given the name of Clauida H., and was sent to her voice mail. I left a message and am currently awaiting a return call. If this is how they run their business and after several months of ghosting someone, I would have gone elsewhere. Beware. More
