I bought a Fiat 500x used and was missing the carpets. The sales "Andrew Herrera" Before I sign and pay for the car the sales said they will send me the replacement one, as they put on the sales "DUE BIL The sales "Andrew Herrera" Before I sign and pay for the car the sales said they will send me the replacement one, as they put on the sales "DUE BILL". So I expected the dealer will ship it to me, as soon as parts departments get it. After about one week, I called the dealer transfer from the sales department, services department, parts departments, then back to sales, and finally, financial departments, find out sales did not submit the "DUE BILL" they will correct it right away. Now is about 2 weeks, I call yesterday, the same thing again call get forward to different departments. Still, the "DUE BILL" is not submitted. Can't find the sales, and they said they will call me and let me know today. Cross my fingers. So my advice is don't pay in full if you have a "DUE BILL", just ask them to take off the cost of the "DUE BILL". Or just don't sign it at all. As soon as you sign and pay sales never follow up. Wasn't greeted upon arrival. Had to ask a salesman to help me. Then the price of the car was 4000 over what was advertised on the internet because of already installed "upgrades".
