He listened to all my concerns at check-in, came to give me updates periodically (as I chose to wait in the waiting room), and then - as I had just purchased the car - very patiently walked me through all the car's functionality, helped set up the customizations and even went ahead and removed the back headrests when I asked how to do that. He really offered personal service and I feel like I've found a new family where I am safe and taken care of. More

She said she can not help me with anything else. I e pressed my. Once over the $1000 elo GPS they forced me to buy plus $500 paint and protect and $300 nitro fill for my tires. I had asked 8f they can refund me my $2000 deposit or some of it and take off this tracker. I do not need it. She said no! I found one at this dealership. I had down-payment in hand and pre approval. Price was 28,900 which was a good deal. However I found the same car online for 25,900 I had asked if they can match it. I showed the proof of the car sale online. I was about to sign documents for that car. Same car. Same model. 2k mile difference. Best they would do was give me $1600 off of their elo tracker that was on the car. But wait. The car has onstar. Why two trackers? Doesn't make sense. There was a huge recall that I did not know about They mentioned the recall was fixed upon looking at my carfax report But come to find out the recall was not even fixed as a huge fire recallPlus Chevy told me they put a stop sale on these vehicles in August station has sold me this car I even spoke to xhevy after purchasing the car they said they shouldn't have done that. I had asked they said because the owner would get upset if they lowered the cars price. Supposedly the tracker was 3500 and they gave me a "deal" yes they added three years of paint protection which is nice plus free nitro fill up for the tires for three years. . I had asked if they can take off the tracker they said no I had to pay. Honestly I really wish they would have taken $$ off of the vehicle instead and taken off the tracker that was Unnecessary. Cesar the sales man was very nice, was very Accommodating. I appreciated that. But overall I felt like I should have gone somewhere else. Felt ripped off in the end. especially with the tracker I didn't need that I was forced to pay for. I work in a large company that employees over 350 people. I will not recommend masareti dealership. Sorry. I hope the owner reads this and realizes only a couple grand off would have made a BIG difference More
