It was fast but $1,200 to replace one set of break pads is way steep and unnecessary to replace roders!! It feels like the consumer is being taken advantage of and it doesn’t feel good!! it makes me think is way steep and unnecessary to replace roders!! What was also disappointing is that the exterior of the car was not washed, you would think after spending that kind of money the car would be returned cleaned at least on the exterior! As to recommending, I am not sure! I don’t blame the service advisor Danny. He is just doing his job! Thought if you ask my opinion I should give you an honest answer! Thanks! More

Dealership is quite efficiently run given what they have to work with. I took my car in twice to get my turbo fixed. I was told that the turbo was fixed but when I drove off, my turbo was not operating as w to work with. I took my car in twice to get my turbo fixed. I was told that the turbo was fixed but when I drove off, my turbo was not operating as was promised. I called Danny and he stated that he repaired it but did not run a diagnosis on it and therefore did not check to see if the turbo was actually working. He said he would call me in a WEEK! to discuss my options. I took my car in to repair the turbo, paid $970 and left with it NOT working More
