I brought my Fiat 300e for service which I purchased used from another dealer with an extended warranty and Carla worked diligently with the warranty company to have my car serviced but unfortunately the per from another dealer with an extended warranty and Carla worked diligently with the warranty company to have my car serviced but unfortunately the person she was speaking with said they could not honor the warranty because it was under my wife’s name and not mine and my wife was not with me. She pleaded with the person she was speaking with for sometime but no success. She apologized but it was not her fault. She was really kind to me, even gave me some snacks since I was there for a while (about 4 hours). Thank you very much Carla. We returned the car back to the dealer, bad juju with that car since day one. Maybe when we’re ready to buy another car we will come back to Van Nuys Alfa Romeo. More

I bought a used 300e from another dealer and purchased extended warranty for it. I brought in for service here and Carla worked diligently with the warranty company so they can work on my car she even gav extended warranty for it. Unfortunately the person on the phone said because the warranty was under my wife’s name and it was I was the one who brought it in, they will not honor the warranty. Carla really tried for some time but no success. It’s not her fault but thank you very much Carla for trying. We returned the car to the dealership, bad juju with that car since day one, not the car itself we loved it but the paper work associated with the car. Maybe when we are ready to purchase another vehicle, we’ll come over to Van Nuys Alpha Romeo. More
