Beginning with my first contact with Brandon, who was subsequently terminated and continuing with Swan for the next 45 days, I cannot imagine a worse situation when buying a new car especially one costing over $100,000. I your online and live promotional material describes the experience of buying a car from you as one of a trusting, professional, satisfying and rewarding experience. Nothing could be further from the truth When dealing with Swan in particular as well as other representatives. It seem to me that Swan purposely worked against me and my special circumstances, including having to send back the first car, because of dented roof and check engine light on. Following most encounters with Swan, made me feel belittled, disrespected, and wondering what motivated a person in sales to be so misleading and offensive in finding questionable explanations for the many administrative problems I encountered. in the end I could only treat Swan as if he were a pathological individual similar to many of my patients.
